Participant Handbook

I have read and understood Benchmark OHS Consulting’s Participant handbook which is available on the Home page of this web-site for download. In addition, I understand my obligations as a participant enrolling into a Nationally accredited course qualification.

 
Payments

• All cheque payments should be made to Benchmark OHS Consulting Pty Ltd PO Box 197
Miranda NSW 1490.
• For OHS Induction Construction (Green Card) Courses payment can be made on the day with
cheque or cash. Credit card payments can be made online at the time of booking.
• For Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) Courses payment can be made by Credit Card only. Although, prior payment can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or payment in person prior at least 1 day prior to course commencement.
• For all other courses payment must be received 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the
course, unless purchase order provided or given prior approval by Benchmark OHS Consulting Pty
Ltd .
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
• Course fee is non-refundable if you fail to attend or cancel within 24 hours of the course
booked. Medical certificates will be accepted. Rebooking must be done within 4 weeks.
• Benchmark OHS Consulting Pty Ltd may impose a 20% cancellation fee if course is cancelled 2
weeks prior to the commencement of the program.
• Transfers are available prior to the commencement of the course.
• Benchmark OHS Consulting Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel courses if there are insufficient
registrations.
Privacy

All information provided to Benchmark OHS Consulting Pty Ltd is subject to Privacy Laws.
Information collected will only be used for the purposes of registration or informing you of
upcoming courses only.
