• All cheque payments should be made to Benchmark OHS Consulting Pty Ltd PO Box 197 Miranda NSW 1490. • For OHS Induction Construction (Green Card) Courses payment can be made on the day with cheque or cash. Credit card payments can be made online at the time of booking. • For Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) Courses payment can be made by Credit Card only. Although, prior payment can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or payment in person prior at least 1 day prior to course commencement. • For all other courses payment must be received 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the course, unless purchase order provided or given prior approval by Benchmark OHS Consulting Pty Ltd .
