
What are Traineeships?
A traineeship is a Nationally Accredited qualification issued to participants upon successfull completion of training.
The traineeship training can be delivered 'on the job' to your existing workers along with new entrant workers (those who have commenced worked within the last 3 months) and Existing Workers (employed for longer than 3 months)
Your business may be eligible for Government Funding of up to $4,000 per person enrolled within the Federal Governments traineeship program. Your business could potentially be cash positive whilst having your employees trained on-the-job.
